Sun Blaze Elementary PTA will be hosting their 1st Stingray Holiday Shoppe. There will be Bounce Houses, Local Vendors, Crafts and our amazing Wonderland Holiday Shoppe gifts that will be on sale for purchase. Chic-Fil-A will be selling food.

There will be a surprise vist from shhhhh…. the Grinch, who will be available for pictures.
They will also have a photobooth available as well for family or individual pictures.
It is free to shop the holiday Shoppe and local vendors.
If your child(ren) would like to play in the bounce houses, create a Grinch ornament, take photos with the family the cost is $5.00. Adults are free.

To participate, please fill out and return the registration form with payment (if applicable) by Monday, December 10th. Space limited to first come, first served.
SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS:
- Craft Vendor – $50 Donation – A table to sell crafts and wares. Limited to home businesses. $10 discount on donation for PTA Members.
- Sunshine – $125 Donation – Featured thank you with clickable link in one (1) email blast newsletter and one (1) personalized Facebook post with your logo and clickable link to your website.
- Sunny & Stinger’s Club – $250 Donation – Sunshine + more! Your company logo on the PTA website and clickable link to company website (Silver Sponsor level).
Exhibit space will be reserved on a first-come, first served basis and is subject to the PTA Executive Committee approval. The undersigned has entered into an agreement with the Executive Committee to maintain booth space for the purpose of promotion of a business. Sales of approved items at the booth are permitted. Vendors may not sell or give away items being sold by the PTA at the Carnival (food and drinks). Sun Blaze PTA is not responsible for the quality of your products or issues that may arise. The Undersigned is presently maintaining, and for the duration of the above entitled agreement, will continue to maintain insurance covering any liabilities that may arise out of the operation of the booth space described above. The Undersigned understands that funds paid to Sun Blaze PTA for the rental of a booth are non-refundable.
